- The personal data of the Service Recipient is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
- The Controller exercises special care to protect the interests of data subjects and in particular ensures that the data collected is:

- factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed and stored in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

- Personal data of Service Recipients collected by the Controller is used for:

- The Controller always processes personal data within the legal grounds listed in point 2. Data processing is related to the performance of a contract or taking action prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject.
- RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECT YOUR DATA
- The Controller undertakes to protect and secure data obtained via the website and declares that personal data will not be sold or made available to third parties.
- The Service Recipient has the right to access their personal data and to correct it.
- Anyone who provides personal data has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing. They also have the right to object to further processing and, if consent was given, to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

- The Service Provider provides appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted electronically.
- Personal data may be stored by the Controller throughout the period of its business activity or until the User requests deletion of their data.
